Thank you for volunteering for the Annual Arise 5k!

We could not do this without our amazing volunteers. Volunteer shifts will start early morning (78 am) and end after the race (12 pm). Please plan to be available during these times if you sign up for a station.

Parking Info - You can self-park along Cabrillo Boulevard or in the paid parking lot on the corner of Cabrillo and Garden Street.
What to wear - wear comfy shoes, and layers in case it is cool, we will be handing out your t-shirt when you arrive, so shorts or pants as you wish.
Bring a Water Bottle - water will be available, but bring your bottle to reduce waste.

Waiver of Liability

I, for myself or as parent or guardian, hereby assume all the risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities. I understand that no insurance coverage is provided by the race coordinators and sponsors. I further give permission for proper emergency care to be rendered to myself or child should I not be available or able to give such permission. Having read this release and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf or on behalf of my estate, waive and release ARISE Ministries, its board members, Entry Race, Race Planners and all sponsors of the race, any other persons assisting with the race, from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the race even though the liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons referred to in this waiver.
